Executive Club Trip

In order to secure your spot for the Executive Club trip in April 2026, you’ll need to complete the online registration form. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

    • Both you and your guest (age 18 or older) will be required to review and acknowledge the “voluntary participation agreement and release of claims waiver”
  •  
    • Travel and hotel arrangements will be coordinated based on the information you provide during registration. Your travel will be booked by your manager. DO NOT book your airfare without consulting with your manager. Guest airfare will be booked and paid for by Mutual of Omaha Management.

    • The deadline for online registration is Wednesday, January 28, 2026

Before beginning the registration process, be sure you have the following information for both you and your guest: 

    • Legal name as it appears on your government-issued photo ID. 
    • Date of birth  
    • Travel dates, if choosing to extend your stay
