Program Information
Qualified Guest Attendance
Mutual of Omaha Mortgage will pay expenses for you and one guest (age 18 or older). This includes economy class airfare and one double occupancy hotel room during your stay. Participation in all company-sponsored events will be limited to you and your guest.
Personal Expenses
Mutual of Omaha Mortgage sponsors your stay for the meeting dates only. During this time frame, we host several meals and functions for your enjoyment. Unless indicated, any additional hotel nights, activities or meals outside of our program will be at your expense.
Incidental Expenses
For your convenience, an incidental account will be established in your name to cover items such as telephone calls, room service, mini bar charges, food and drink charges (other than those covered by Mutual Mortgage), dry cleaning, laundry and purchases from hotel shops. You will be asked to provide a credit card upon check-in at the hotel. Your incidental account must be paid in full when you check out.
Gratuities
Car Service, Doorman, bellman and maid gratuities will be paid by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. However, if you receive special consideration or service, you may wish to tip the person who helps you.
Tax Reporting
The cost of incentive travel will be reported to you. Costs include air travel, lodging, any cash or cash spending allowances, if applicable.
Meeting & Events Code of Conduct
Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is committed to providing an inclusive and positive experience for all attendees participating in any meeting, event or incentive trip sponsored by the corporation. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is professional and does not compromise Mutual of Omaha Mortgage’s corporate image or values or the safety and security of others. Attendees are defined as qualifiers, guests, speakers, exhibitors, vendors and employees. Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to excessive alcohol consumption, destruction of property, fighting, abusive language, illegal activities and lack of respect towards others. Additionally, Mutual of Omaha Mortgage has zero tolerance for any form of harassment and attendees asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Mutual of Omaha Mortgage reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at any time. Inappropriate behavior may result in the attendee and their guest being asked to leave the event, at their own expense.
