Your Travel Arrangements

Airline Tickets 

All air transportation will be booked by your manager. Any penalty fares or excess costs that result from a change in reservations will be your responsibility. 

All guest travel must be reserved and purchased by a Mutual of Omaha Mortgage manager.

Flights into Ft Lauderdale and Ground Transportation

An American Limo Ambassador team member will greet you at the baggage-claim area and direct you to your arranged transportation. It is approximately 15-20 minutes from Ft Lauderdale Airport to the Four Seasons.

Arrival and departure transfers are hosted by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage on the official arrival and departure dates (April 9- April 12). If you are arriving early or departing later than the official program dates, you will be responsible for your own transportation arrangements.

Miscellaneous Travel Expenses 

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage provides airfare, and all ground transportation to and from the airport, your selected activity, and to the Awards Gala.

Any other travel expenses are your responsibility, including transportation from your home to the airport (taxi, limo, mileage, etc.) and transportation to other destinations during the trip.
